Hudson Valley Fresh is a not-for-profit dairy cooperative dedicated to preserving the agricultural heritage of the Hudson River Valley. All the milk products are produced from milk from five farms in Dutchess and Columbia Counties, within 20 miles of each other and is processed and bottled at Boice Brothers Dairy in Kingston. They do not co-mingle their milk with that of other dairies in the bottling process, which guarantees that the milk is of the highest quality from local producers. And, the HVF farms are preserving 5000 acres of open land keeping farm land safe from development. They will be bringing whole, skim, low-fat and chocolate milk along with half and half, heavy cream and sour cream to the Indoor Spring Market. Save your milk purchases for Saturday morning, you won't be sorry!

Hudson-Chatham Winery, award winning wines from Carlo and Dominique DeVito, nominees for this year’s Chamber of Commerce Crystal Apple award, providing tastes and a small wine education.

   Samascott, Kinderhook; a new vendor in Hudson and a third generation farm in Columbia County. Winter stored apples, cider donuts, baked goods, and delicious apple cider.

   Tierra Farms; Valatie. is a small, privately-owned, certified organic producer and roasting company with a diversified organic vegetable farm in the Finger Lakes region of New York state. They specialize in nut and seed roasting and dried fruits. Tierra Farms only handle and sell certified organic products with all roasting, mixing and flavoring conducted in-house, at thier certified organic, peanut-free roasting and processing facility. Fair Trade coffees are also part of their offerings.

   Blue Star Farms, owned by Susan and Mark Decker of Stuyvesant. Susan formerly managed CSA's in Pennsylvania and since buying the farm in Stuyvesant 5 years ago, has produced some of the finest vegetables, greens and cut flowers.

   Pigasso Farm owned by Rob and Heather Kitchen in Copake. Rob and Heather raise some of the most delicious pork, lamb, beef and chicken, all grass fed and finished. They also bring delicious eggs to market.

   Berkshire Mountain Bread from master baker Richard Bourdon in Housatonic Mass, brings European style breads made with sour dough and shaped by hand. Delicious baguettes, ciabattas, croissants, pain au chocolate, rolls and assorted whole grain, cheese, and seeded pan loaves are available each week.

   Cedar Flower Farm; Marilyn Cederoth and her sister Kate bring sprouted branches, tussie mussies, spring boquets and sprouted paper whites and other, soon to bloom, spring flowers.

   The Red Barn; Chris and Bert provide Chicken, Vegetable and Mac and Cheese Pot Pies, whole roasted Grandma's chickens which were once a mainstay in Migliorelli Market, meatloafs, pulled pork, soups and Wicked Good Chips and their newest flavor, Wicked Good Sweet Potato Chips.

   Asia Luna; Luxurious soaps, sprays and bath oil essences, perfect to sluff off this long winter.

   Northern Star Farm; Barbara brings an assortment of meats and eggs, as well as hand made knit items from her never-still needles. She also has natural skeins of yarn for your own projects.

   Flower Heart Farm; Amelia and her daughter, Faneulla bring felt creations, soaps and scents and the most delicious mushrooms.

   Red Oak Farm; Amy and Paul of Stuyvesant bring dried herbs for cooking, teas and other products produced at their farm.

   Cheese! Michael Harris of Hudson brings to market the finest cheeses produced by our neighbors in the Hudson Valley.

   Paul Clem; Basketier extraordinaire will be at the market Saturday, March 12, with a collection of his handmade, classic baskets perfect for more than just Easter
